  • Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details of products you have purchased from us. Note: We do not store your credit/debit card information directly. All transactions are processed by secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, and location.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your personal data in the following circumstances:

To Perform the Contract

  • Purpose: To generate your Free Personality Test results or your Paid Extended Reading.
  • Data Used: Identity Data, Astrological Data, Email.
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract.

Marketing & Communications

  • Purpose: To send you your test results and subsequent offers for extended readings or daily horoscopes.
  • Data Used: Identity Data, Email.
  • Legal Basis: Consent (where you have opted in) or Legitimate Interest (for existing customers). You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of our emails.

Improvement & Security

  • Purpose: To use data analytics to improve our website, products/services, marketing, and customer relationships.
  • Legal Basis: Legitimate Interests (to keep our records updated and to study how customers use our products).

4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in Section 3:

  • Service Providers: Companies that provide IT and system administration services (e.g., our email marketing platform, our website hosting).
