Astrology is subjective. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or analysis. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on our content are taken at your sole risk.

Prices for Extended Readings are displayed in GBP (£) inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc. Payment is taken immediately upon order confirmation.
A binding contract is formed between you and Us only when we email you the confirmation of your order and the link/file for your reading.
As our products are digital (PDF reports, online access), delivery is usually instantaneous or within a few minutes of purchase via email.
If you do not receive your reading, please check your spam folder or contact tracy@aphrodite-rising.com immediately.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days. However, this does not apply to digital content (like your horoscope reading) once the download or access has started.
By placing an order and clicking “Pay Now” (or similar), you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to you.
Refunds are only granted if the digital content is defective or not as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Disagreement with the astrological interpretation does not constitute a “defect.”
All content, text, designs, and the “Extended Reading” generated for you remain the intellectual property of Aphrodite Rising.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reading for your own personal use. You may not resell, distribute, or publish your reading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aphrodite Rising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service (e.g., the cost of the reading).
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
